The Unicorn

Triangle Bar

I see it walking
It's tremendous beauty unfolds
As it's milk-white neck reaches out
To drink the shimmering water.
This thing of beauty
It does not see me
Watching it so carefully
Receive the cool liquid in it's throat,
Quenching thirst so great.
The blossoms gently fall to greet it,
Flowers of the sky.
This animal so spectacular,
Turns its head my way,
Its golden horn a glimmer.
Eye to eye we see each other,
The Unicorn runs away.
